You can stop taking the Estrace today, no more estrace.
You can begin taking 1 Prenatal Vitamin and 1 Folate supplement every day.
On Thursday 8/16 you will take Menopur 375iu ( 5 powder vial = 375) and continue these doses every night thereafter.
